What Is A Wheels Licence?

All children who travel to and from school on any sort of wheels other than a car must have a ‘Wheels Licence’. All children must also agree to follow these rules:

  • Have signed permission from their parents.
  • Wear the safety gear needed for the type of wheels they have.
  • Slow down and check all driveways.
  • Use my wheels at a speed which is safe for me and anyone else using the footpath.
  • Be courteous and respectful to anyone else using the footpath and/or road.
  • Only cross roads where there are pedestrian crossings or where my parents have agreed is a safe place to cross.
  • To not ride my wheels in the school grounds between 8.15am and 3.15pm
  • To always carry my  “Wheels Licence” with me.
  • To store my wheels in the place provided.

You are able to collect a Wheels Licence from Ms Bridgman in Room 4 or Miss Hedstrom in Room 31 or download above!
