The Parnell District School Fete Raffle 2025 is compliant with Class 2 requirements of the Gambling Act 2003 and in particular, the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules 2004.

By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
Tickets
Price per ticket is $10, limited to a maximum of 1,500 tickets, numbered 0001-1500

Entry requirements
Raffle entry is by purchase of a ticket only. This raffle is open to New Zealand Residents only. By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to have their name published in Parnell District School communication channels.

Raffle draw
The winning entries will be selected from all entries received by the closing date and prizes will be awarded in order of selection. Only tickets for which full payment has been received will be eligible to win a prize.

The winner will be drawn at approximately 3:30pm at the School Fete on Saturday 10 May 2025 at Parnell District School, 48 St Stephens Ave, Parnell, Auckland 1052. The draw is open to the public. The winner will be drawn under the supervision of the School Principal. The person named on the Raffle ticket stub will be the only person entitled to the prize.
Notification of winners
The winners will be notified within 7 working days of the draw date by telephone, if not present at the drawing. The winners’ names will be published in the Parnell District School newsletter. In the event that we cannot contact the winner(s) within 28 days after the draw, the prize(s) will be awarded to a new winner(s).
