Parnell District School is able to strengthen the overall programme we offer our students through the donations from our community. Every child in our school benefit from a high donation rate from parents. Our school donations enable us to hire additional staff over and above those provided by the Ministry of Education to help reduce class numbers. We also provide additional support and extension programmes to students throughout the school thanks to our community support provided through the donation.
Our activity donation enables us to provide additional aspects to the curriculum including trips and visiting groups or experts to our students. Activities in EOTC week are funded through the support of this activity donation.
For 2021 the donations requests are:
$480 for one child
$960 two or more children
$40 per child
